Tyonek Native Corporation issues a newsletter especially for shareholders. It is called Tebughna Hennek and is mailed to all shareholders approximately every 2 months, about 2 weeks after each board meeting. Tebughna Hennek is intended to keep shareholders informed about corporate business, board actions, land issues, shareholder events, and community and cultural matters that may arise.

- TNC Stock Will ~ all shareholders should fill out, sign, and submit to TNC a corporate stock will that states who shall inherit your Class A or Class X stock. (Class B stock may not be left by inheritance, and automatically returns to TNC upon the death of the shareholder.)
- Shareholder Insurance ~ TNC provides life insurance to all shareholders, payable to beneficiaries that you designate.
- Change of Name or Address Form ~ TNC should always have your current address, so that we can keep you posted on benefits, employment opportunities, dividends, meetings, and send you the newsletter. We cannot accept your change of address on the phone; we must have it in writing.
- Class B Stock ~ in January 2004, TNC shareholders authorized stock for descendants of the original shareholders. If you are a descendant of an original Tyonek shareholder and have not applied for your Class B Stock you need to submit this form.

- TNC Employment Application - On-line ~ All applications are now processed through our on-line job site.
- Shareholder Training/Internship Program ~ Tyonek Group, in Madison, Alabama, sponsors a shareholder training, or Internship program especially for TNC shareholders.
- Shareholder Talent Bank Form ~ TNC's Shareholder Department has developed a detailed questionnaire for shareholders to complete and send in. Information from this "Talent Bank Form" is kept on file by the TNC Shareholder Representative for possible future employment opportunities.
- Young Adult Advisory Members (YAAMs) Application ~ The YAAMs program was established to bring young people into the Corporation, expose them to how the board functions, and invite their input. The YAAMs program is a unique way to train our future leaders and board members. There are 3 YAAMs seats, serving 3-year staggered terms. One seat becomes available each spring, and shareholders or descendants of shareholders between the ages of 18 and 30 years are encouraged to apply for a YAAMs seat.
- Community and Cultural Donations Application ~ The TNC Board has set aside a modest fund to provide support to community and cultural events and initiatives. Application deadlines are quarterly, on March 31, June 30, September 30 and November 30.
